With our Salesforce integration you can seemingless use Co-Browsing and Live Chat out of your Salesforce instance. Both are available as Lightning Components and can be individually customized for your organizations' needs.
To use TeamViewer Engage for your Organization please install our Managed Package.
Outlook
TeamViewer Engage automatically synchronizes Appointments into your Outlook Events under the TeamViewer Engage Appointments Calendar. It will keep synchronizing until you click on the Sign out from Outlook button.
