Improvements

Settings

  • Settings have been completely redesigned in order to provide a easier access to the different configuration options throughout the platform.

Conference

  • Users with german browser language will now be provided with a german knowledge base article about how to enable camera and microphone for the different browsers. This article is available once a user blocked camera or microphone usage within the browser.

Co-Browsing

  • Cross domain Co-Browsing allows the user to switch between domain and sub-domain and vice-versa with the additional benefit of keeping the initial conversation throughout the whole session.

Fixes

  • Conference users after joining or leaving a Conference will not receive an additional browser notification about joining or leaving the conference anymore.
  • Fixed an issue where Chat was shown only partially.
  • Fixed an issue where Agent could not initiate a Conference with an online user.

What's New

Conference

  • Users of conferences can now be redirected to specific URLS and with a specific delay. Redirect can be triggered on the following events:
    • Redirect on an expired/invalid conference link
    • Redirect on future conferences
    • Redirect when the conference ends

Improvements

Conference

  • Users requesting to disconnect their Calendar from TeamViewer Engage are now prompted with a confirmation popup.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where pressing enter did not save the document
  • Fixed an issue where co-browsing feedback form was not shown if “Show joined agents in Co-Browsing view” was disabled
  • Adjusted the German translation within TeamViewer Engage
  • Fixed an issue where large documents were not uploaded correctly
