Improvements
Dashboards
- Dashboard permissions have been made more granular in order to provide more flexibility to different users. Now the following permissions are available:
- View dashboards
- Edit, create and share dashboards
- Delete dashboards
Fixed
Feedback Form
- Fixed an issue where Co-browsing feedback forms were not visible after the session was over. Now Feedback form is correctly shows up and visible to customers to fill out.
Conversations
- Fixed an issue where users received more conversations than their capacity should have allowed. No users can receive only the number of conversations that is defined as their maximum capacity. Only exception from this is when another user with the needed permissions manually assign additional conversations to the user.

Improvements
Roles
- We added a new Assignment permissions to the Conversations permission group. It is found as Only reassign conversations to users and/or teams who are online and available. Providing this permissions to users prevents them to assign conversations to users and/or teams who are offline or unavailable due to user status or due to maximum conversation capacity. This way conversations cannot be assigned to users who are not ready to support the customer.
Fixes
Conference
- We have fixed an issue where scheduled appointments did not have a default time window configured for availability. Now a scheduled appointment after selecting After and before appointment configuration, is twenty-four hours.
LiveChat
- We fixed an issue where manual reassignment of conversations within conversation transcripts were logged as Enable_Chat_Input while the message column was left empty.
Form results
- We have fixed an issue where Form results were not visible to Digital Customer Support users.
Website Interactions
- We have fixed an issue where recording was possible within Website Interaction sessions even if recording was disabled in Settings.
SVG
- We have fixed an issue where uploading an SVG file as Profile picture or Logo did not display an error message to the user.
