This release will automatically update the platform with new features, improvements, and fixes for on-demand users, and requires manual updating for on-premise users.

Please note that this changes have been released to all instances except app.chatvisor.com.

New Features

Update Co-Browsing customer UI

  • The current Co-Browsing UI has been completely updated with a fresh design.
  • Some default values have been adapted to match the new designs. If they have been overwritten by custom ones, they have not been changed.
  • The previews in the settings for Co-Browsing have also been adjusted to the new design.

WebChat

  • We introduced a new sort and filter functionality to enhance the agent experience when using the WebChat
    • Sort by "New Messages", "Creation date", and "Next SLA Target"
    • Sort direction can be ascending and descending
    • The last modification date can be filtered with a "From" and "To" field
    • Conversations can be filtered by assigned agents and teams

Fix

Web Interactions

  • Fixed a bug for web interactions that would re-join the customer as new user when the same page would be opened in a new tab window. Now the website interaction will be opened in a new tab right away.

Reports

  • Fixed a bug for reports where the static "Flows" report did not contain any data.
