This release will automatically update the platform with new features, improvements, and fixes for on-demand users, and requires manual updating for on-premise users.

What's New

Document Templates

  • We introduced three new Permissions to provide more options to organize and use Document Templates:
    • Upload Document Templates
      • Allows the user to upload new documents to Document Templates. Administrators can share and maintain important documents which can be used as templates. These documents cannot be edited, only move to My Documents.
    • Delete Document Templates
      • Allows the user to delete Document Templates.
    • Access Document Templates
      • Allows the user to access Document Templates, and export them to “My Documents”. Documents in “My Documents” can be shared with Conference participants.

Improvement

Sync Calendar

  • Calendar entries are displayed with their original titles if calendar is synched.
  • Calendar entries for “Tomorrow” and “This week” are better separated.

Live Chat

  • To help Agents follow best practices, Only show available and online users/teams filter is now enabled by default. This filter is can be disabled/enabled after clicking on Reassign to… button.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Phone number mandatory settings was ignored
  • Booking Pages now use correctly the display names of Agents when Agent selection is available
  • Opening Scheduled Outlook Appointments are now displayed with correct UI
