Improvements
Modules
- Modules page has been added to the navigation pane in order to provide a clear overview of available features and their status. Also, users are able to navigate to the corresponding settings by clicking on Go to settings.
Settings
- Expand all and Collapse all capabilities have been added to settings to further improve the navigation experience.
Fixes
Chatbot
- We have fixed an issue where cloning a Chatbot was possible using the original name. Now cloned Chatbots will inherit the original name plus (cloned)..
Chat widgets
- We have fixed an issue where changing only UI text of a Chat widget did not let the user save the changes. Now even if only the UI text is changed, Chat widget can be saved.
Conference
- We have fixed an issue where Conferences showed incorrectly Moderator guidance disabled toast message even if Moderator guidance was enabled.
Routing Rule
- We have fixed an issue where Flow names were displayed incorrectly. Now instead of displaying No name now users will see the correct name.

Improvements
Custom translations
- It is now possible to use the following format to parse links: text. This allows you to also display links in requests or information pop-ups.
Side bar
- The former “Bookings pages” and “Documents” tabs that used to be under “Conferences” have been moved to own sections on the side bar. The corresponding views can now be accessed directly via the navigation menu to provide a better customer experience.
Fix
Salesforce integration
- We have fixed an issue where users would see unwanted white space below the integrated Live Chat view. Now, Live Chat fills out the entire space of the dedicated area.
- We have fixed an issue where users falsely landed on the Dashboards view when opening the Live Chat integration in Salesforce.
Chat flows
- We have fixed an issue where cloning a chat flow with attachments resulted in an unusable flow. Cloning a chat flow now, the original attachments will also be cloned to receive two properly functioning versions of the flow.
Live Chat
- We have fixed an issue where the remaining time to answer a chat conversation according to the defined SLA rules was incorrectly shown in white for users.
Chat widgets
- We have fixed an issue where enabling/disabling the message input field for customers also hid the quick buttons on chat widgets. Now, customers see the defined quick buttons regardless of the visibility of the message input field.

Improvements
Website Interactions
- We have introduced a new tab view under “Web interactions” for easy navigation. It allows users to conveniently switch between sessions that are either based on browser or mobile app website interactions.
Routing Rules
- We have fixed an issue where the defined URL condition for routing rules was ignored and, as a result, the respective rules were not triggered. URL conditions are now considered again and conversations are routed correctly.
