Fixes
Booking Page
- We have fixed an issue where removed users showed up in Booking pages. Now Booking pages are correctly updated and removed users are not visible.
Conference
- We have fixed an issue where scheduling a conference using the new design resulted in a conference where participants could not see the list of participants and were missing audio and video configurations. Now scheduling a conference with new design uses custom conference configurations.

Improvements
Conference
- We added to the placeholder {displayName} to the custom translation waitingroom title. This way the Waiting room message can be more personalized leveraging the name of the participants that was given when joining the conference.
Calendar sync
- We reduced the automatic synchronization between Outlook and TV Engage calendar entries to every 10 minutes to keep TV Engage calendars more up to date.
Teams
- We increased the modal size while editing Teams. This way the role and the name of the user is always visible at full lenght. Alternatively users can now hover over the name of team members to see the values.
- We also included the email address of the user in order to provide a better overview of the team members.
Fixes
Users
- We removed the option to change an existing user's email address. This way we prevent states where data related to the user is not inherited correctly.
