Conferences
- Improvement. For conferences, it is now possible to show the uploaded profile pictures of moderators when their camera is turned off. In case a moderator has not uploaded a profile picture, their initials will be shown instead.
- Improvement. All text elements on booking pages can now be translated via custom translations. This means that future participants can book appointments for conferences in multiple different languages. The respective configuration option can be found under SETTINGS > FEATURES & CUSTOMIZATION > LANGUAGES & TRANSLATIONS > CUSTOM TRANSLATIONS

Chatbots
- Improvement. Flows have been renamed to “Chatbots” and also moved to settings. The precise naming and the combination of all settings at one place make up for easy and convenient configuration.
Conferences
- Improvement. It is now possible to prevent participants from joining conferences using Mozilla Firefox. The respective configuration option can be found under PLUGINS > CONFERENCE > GENERAL > ADVANCED > BROWSER.
- Fix. We have resolved an issue where previously active background images were still appearing after virtual background options had been limited.
Other
- Improvement. Tenant invites and password reset emails have been redesigned to establish a distinct look & feel and to provide a better user experience.
- Fix. We have resolved an issue where it was possible to save invalid chatbots.

- Fix. Fixed an issue where chat participants could click quick reply buttons multiple times, which resulted in a confusing state.

- Improvement. The description for the calendar access overview page has been improved to correctly emphasize that regular users can only request viewing rights to their own team members’ calendars.
- Improvement. When accessing Engage from your mobile device, you can now also create instant appointments.

- Improvement. To further improve the structure of the available configurations, integration options can now be found under Settings > Integrations.
- Fix. Updated German translations in regard to viewing and editing rights for calendars in various views.
Other
- Fix. We fixed an issue regarding various list views where only twenty items were shown.
