Improvements

Rules

  • We added a new filtering capability to our Web Chat Rules. This way users can find relevant rules not just based on their names but also their content.

Fixes

Conference

  • We have fixed an issue where Conference settings to Initially disable microphone and camera was ignored.
  • We have fixed an issue where mobile conference participants were removed from the conference if they used the zoom functionality. Now iOS users can zoom within a conference. Android users unfortunately still cannot zoom, but they are not removed from the conference upon trying.
  • We have fixed an issue where after starting screensharing the initial size of the shared screen was incorrect.

Document Collaboration

  • We have fixed an issue where editing documents with the pen functionality and then saving them resulted in copies without the edits.

Feedback

  • We have fixed an issue where Agent Conference Feedback reports showed Tenant ID values instead of the correct Agent email values.
