Improvement
Conference
- After sharing a PDF file in the Chat Moderator and participant can initiate a Document Co-Browsing session by clicking the eye icon next to the attached file.
Fixes
- Booking Page accepts only correct email formats.
- Search functionality returns entries matching the searched parameters.
- Sending a Flow manually which requires user inputs now collects the data correctly and displays it in the User Information panel.
- Visitors using Edge browsers are now correctly recognized as Edge, instead of Chrome.
- Page Name field in our Booking Page editor is now showing up correctly as mandatory field.
- During Document Co-Browsing, participants with editing rights are following the Moderator if Moderator guides through the conference feature is enabled.

Improvements
Conference
- Dragging and dropping Participants to Breakout Rooms at the bottom of a list is now easier. Hovering at the bottom of a list starts an automatic scroll in both the participant list UI and the Breakout Rooms window.
- Participants will now receive a notification when a new Shared Note has been added or an existing one has been edited.
Search
- Searching for users now can be done by either typing in the user’s displayed name or by typing in the user’s email address.
Fixes
- Within Conferences in the Customers tab all customers are shown without any limitation.
- WebChat Plugin now shows correct static language even when Disable Automatic Language detection is enabled.
- The symbol “+” is now accepted in Booking Page forms.
- Resizing Co-Browsing session window does not remove URL UI element for agents.
- When Feedback forms are enabled for both Agent and Customers, both roles now receive the correct corresponding form.

What's New
Conference
- Conference that have been ended can now be reactivated. This way the same invitation link can be used by end users to join even after a conference was ended by a moderator and participants were removed. This feature is available for Scheduled Conferences. It can be found by navigating to Conferences->Join->Reactive conference-> Join & Reactivate.

- While Conferences are being recorded, we do not show an invisible user in tile view.
- The Co-Browsing configuration Allow Recording shows up correctly with a toggle to enable and disable it.
- Appointment Scheduler now displays correct time zones.
- Document Co-Browsing sessions now correctly show documents to customers if the Moderator Guides Through Conference setting is enabled.
- Users with Settings permission enabled can access the Users Settings as expected.
- Number of Routing Rules shown on the UI is now unlimited.
- When configuring the Appointment Scheduler, Remarks will now be visible for clients.
