Improvements
Data storage
- Data Storage settings have been reworked to provide better customization options what data is stored and when the data is deleted. Find configuration under Settings->General->Storage
- Delete data after given number of days
- Delete Conference data after given number of minutes/days or end of the day the conference happened
- Delete Customer data after given number of minutes/days or end of the day the Customer was created
Co-Browsing
- Users now have to option to enable an additional popup to inform users that the co-browsing session has been ended. Find configuration under Plugins->Co-Browsing->User Interface->Show popup when session has been ended
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where enabling Limit backgrounds feature did not remove really old custom background.
- Fixed an issue where Appointments were shown with details.
- Fixed an issue where Conference language and browser language were different.
- Fixed an issue where Conference showed blocked Camera or Microphone when it was enabled.

What's New
Conference
- Scheduling an appointment now allows users to also add Moderators. Moderators receive an invitation link to the appointment which request them to log in to the corresponding tenant. Moderators have the same features and rights as the creator of the appointment.
Calendar Permissions
- Calendar Share feature has been completely reworked and it can be found under the name Calendar Permissions. Calendar Permissions enable the user to request access to other team members’ calendars, or to accept or decline incoming requests. All Calendar Permission changes result in a notification and are visible under Notifications.
- Admin users are now able to assign two new user permissions:
- Conference: Request See & Edit rights for Calendars of others
- Allows the user to send a request to see and edit calendars of other users
- Conference: Grant See & Edit rights for Calendars of others
- Allows the user to see and edit calendars of other users without sending a request for allowance
- Conference: Request See & Edit rights for Calendars of others
Booking Page
- Booking pages now provide the option to send the appointment invitations besides the corresponding agents to additional email addresses. This way team calendars can be configured where all agents’ booked appointments are visible.
Improvements
Conference
- Users are now provided with additional guidance in case they blocked microphone or camera access in their browser.
- Conference participants can now decide to have their name remembered, and therefore auto filled for the next conference, or to be forgotten. This feature is available in the form of a checkbox before joining a conference. Settings for participants
- Settings for participants feature can now be enabled without having Moderator guides through the conference feature enabled. This way Moderators can leverage the additional control provided by Settings for participants feature without forcing participants to follow them. Moderator guides through the conference
- Moderator guides through the conference feature is now part of the Settings for participants feature. This way it can be enabled and disabled, before and during all instant and scheduled appointments.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where push notifications of user leaving the meeting did not disappear.
- Fixed an issue where Document Co-Browsing was not responsive with more than three participants.
- Fixed an issue with Facebook integration where chat message was not directly shown.
