Improvements
Web Chat
- We added a new configuration which, if enabled, prevents new action rules from being triggered if a customer is already interacting with one Chatbot. This way customers can navigate through the website without any interruption.
Fixes
Web Chat
- We have fixed an issue where exporting Chatbot flows with structure was not possible. Now exporting and important a Chatbot flow with structure works as expected.
Action Rules
- We have fixed an issue where if multiple action rule were configured with condition user is on page only the first one was triggered. Now all action rules are triggered as soon conditions are matched.

Improvements:
User
- Now editing or creating a user provides the option to assign licenses without the need to switch to a new tab. This way all the critical information can be adjusted and viewed within the same tab.
Feedback
We introduced four new static report to better display and gather all feedback results. Feedback forms which were in use are not recommended to edit in order to preserve Feedback results. Instead, we recommend creating new Feedback forms if needed.

Booking Page
- Now phone number and email can be used as placeholders within Appointment description. This way invitations will include relevant customer information for better user experience.
Fixes:
Feedback
- We have fixed an issue where deleting a Feedback form resulted in Feedback results that were incorrectly displayed.
Web Chat
- We have fixed an issue where user conversation overview was not updated after manual assignment. Now if a conversation is reassigned, and the user has no permissions to see this conversation anymore, it will correctly disappear.
- We have fixed an issue where certain times Customers could still send messages to users even if chat input was disabled.
User
- We have removed following checkboxes from the user editing dialog as they were introducing unwanted behaviors: Call, Chat, None.
Additional Information
- We have fixed an issue where Additional Information was not displayed to users other than Tenant Admins.

Improvements
Time Selector
- We introduce an improvement which decouples the time selectors found under Dashboards, Reports, Recordings, Feedback and Action Rules. This way users can apply different time selectors matching their interest specific to the visited components, instead of changing time selectors for the entire platform.
