  • Fix. We resolved an issue where changing the status of a submitted Feedback Form to Done was not saved correctly.

  • Fix. We resolved an issue where the numbers provided by User input Phone element were not saved as part of User Info.

My Profile

  • Improvement. Users now have the option to configure their Tenant Identity name. This name is shown in Live Chat and used for Booking Pages.

  • Fix. We have resolved an issue where configuration checkboxes were not displayed correctly on the settings UI.

  • Improvement. To increase usability and keep you informed about the progress and success of syncing with Microsoft Outlook via the corresponding button, we have added a loading indicator as well as a subsequent success message that is displayed in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  • Fix. We have resolved an issue where the section containing the visited pages from the last session didn’t show any entries.
  • Fix. We have resolved an issue where customers skipping an optional input of information led to incorrect customer names.

  • Fix. We have resolved an issue where it was possible to create duplicate holiday entries.

User management

  • Improvement. To make it even easier to find users, we have adapted the UI to now show the initials of users with a set display name instead of just a generic icon.
