Conference
Improvement. Conference Chat now displays a system message whenever a participant uploads, shares, or downloads a PDF file as part of a Document Collaboration session. Moreover, transcripts of Conferences now also include this information. This way Moderators can make sure that crucial documents have been successfully shared.
Improvement. Conference UI customization within Settings now has improved language to make it more consistent.

Co-Browsing
- Improvement. During Co-Browsing sessions canvas elements which are over 2MB can now be downsized to reduce bandwidth and improve user experience. Configurations can be found under Settings->Features & customization->Embedded Co-Browsing->Advanced.

- Fix. We have fixed an issue where the pen tool was not working for documents more than a single page.
- Fix. We have fixed an issue where Moderators were not following the participant with Presenter role during Scheduled conferences.
Co-Browsing
- Fix. We have fixed an issue where ongoing Co-Browsing sessions were not recognized by Engage when chat was not loaded successfully.

Routing Rules
- Improvement. No first answer for Routing Rule condition has been added. With this improvement in case customers do not get a response within the configured time window, they can be routed further. This way providing a better user experience and not leaving customers waiting.
- Improvement. Team status Busy condition has been added. With the added condition Routing Rules concerning Teams are more straightforward and provides a consistent approach of how Routing Rules are being handled.
Custom Translations
- Fix. We have fixed an issue where Custom Translations were not possible to delete.
