Improvements

Conference

  • New Recording configuration is available for Conferences that prevents users from stopping ongoing recordings. It can be found under Conferences->In-conference setup->Recordings->Disable “Stop recording” functionality.

Fixes

Text blocks

  • We have fixed an issue where creating a Text block was not possible. Now users can create Text block by clicking on Create text block button.

Co-browsing

  • We have fixed an issue where under Analytics->Recordings users could find Co-browsing session entries even with recording turned off. Now if recording is turned off Engage does not display any session entry.

  • We have fixed an issue where during co-browsing sessions users could not change the color of their pen.

  • We have fixed an issue where during co-browsing sessions when bi-directional control is enabled, the red rectangle is visible on the user’s side instead of the customer’s side.

Web Chat

  • We have fixead an issue where Web Chat input field did not automatically expand after using a longer Text block.
